An annual customer satisfaction survey of our processes, products and services results in comprehensive feedback, which we use to feed continuous improvements.

We strive to comply with all environmental laws and regulations, including RoHS, WEEE and REACH. Our environmental policy, in combination with quality management and corporate responsibility aspects, is driven by our top management. Performance is regular management reviews and further improvements are initiated as necessary. Our quality management system (QMS) are integrated into our global integrated management system (IMS), and all relevant locations are audited according to ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001.

MRV Communications, Ins.(“MRV”) is committed to sourcing components and materials from companies that share our values regarding respect for human rights, integrity and environmental responsibility.

MRV is committed to complying with the applicable requirements of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, and Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act, which aims to prevent the use of 3TG (tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold) minerals that directaly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo(DRC) or the adjoining countries.

Each affected supplier to MRV is required to provide a completed Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) evidencing such supplier’s commitment conflict minerals compliance and documenting smelters and refineries for the tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold that it supplies.
